THE RIGHT KEY
The Right Key started as a music cafe and has grown into a centre of wellbeing that offers a range of services designed to support people on their journeys of health, healing and recovery.
At the Right Key we offer a range of purposeful activities for those seeking to rebuild their social lives in a safe environment.
We provide the opportunity for people to develop new connections and friendships, develop your skills and strengths and learn new things that will enhance your sense of wellbeing.
We believe everyone has been on their own journey in life where suffering has been apparent, stressful times overwhelming, situations and things beyond our control, leaving us feeling hopeless at times and maybe even broken. We know the power of hope and have seen the face of resilience in every person who walks through our doors. We want to bring people together and show them 'you are not alone, your breaking point can become your turning point'.

THE RIGHT KEY
Addictions Peer Support
The Right Key grew from a particular interest in helping people in addictions with support on their recovery journey. What started as a the 'Voice of Recovery', a singing group to be a new outlet for people in addiction recovery has grown as the centre has.

We now offer peer support groups, led by people in recovery themselves. These groups are a safe place where people can talk about their mental, spiritual, physical health and gain support from each other on their recovery and sobriety journey.
Although we are unable to offer acute interventions for people who are still in addiction, we can signpost you to the right services, counselling, and rehabilitation centres. We welcome people who have been discharged from rehab or other services into our peer support group. There may also be an potential to complete the wellbeing program and this would be discussed at your initial meeting/phonecall. If you are still in active addiction and looking for support, get in touch to arrange to have a coffee with our team at the centre and we will do our best to guide you to the most appropriate initial interventions.

When you read About Us you will see how much The Right Key has grown and flourished in the past 10 years. Starting as a funded 'singing for health' project into a large functioning centre of wellbeing with different activities and sessions all designed with our ethos in mind for promoting healing, health and recovery.
Our programs now have people from all walks of life. We particularly still welcome people from addictions, mental health and people in social isolation.
If you are interested in attending our programs an initial phone call consultation is arranged to discuss further.

What used to be the old schoolhouse in Loughbrickland is the base for The Right Key. We have renovated the rooms to support our vision.
